A Magnolia Sherbet a Day Gives-Me-Chance-To-Win-Nuffnang-Contest-But-Only-If-I-Can-Find-It-Today

Another Nuffnang contest. About the new F&N Magnolia Sherbet which came out recently a few days a few weeks ago. And I want to enter. Oh! You wouldn't want to know how much I wish to enter. But this happens:

My best GH pose.

Yes, I took the above picture using my  Green Hornet picture. But can you blame me if I cannot even find a tab pint quartz "bowl" of Magnolia Sherbet even though the Jusco One Utama is the first in its "Selected Outlets" list?

Fear not, people! I shall write this entry to the end (I'm sure this will annoy the Nuffnang staffs, I am sorry) as though I have the sherbet with me all this while.

_on How to Win $$$ in this Nuffnang contest:

1. A Blog Post/Title

-> "A Magnolia Sherbet a Day gives-me-chance-to-win-Nuffnang-contest-but-only-if-I-can-find-it-today".

Catchy? Check.

Unusual? Check.

Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth?
You bet!

2. Favourite Magnolia Sherbet flavour

The sherbet is available in 4 (!!!) flavours; Lychee, Mangosteen, Melon and Orange. And due to the reason mentioned above, I shall use the power of deduction bestowed to me (Miss Sherlockiah Holmesah) to pin-point rather vaguely which is my Favourite Flavour.

No. Not the Ouija Board. Can't you see that it said "No"?

Sherbet = 4 flavours. Coin = 2 sides. THAT bad in Maths?

Sherbets don't have legs to climb up the trees...

...nor are they fishes.

Sigh.

I refuse to give up. Let's see what we have in here. Lychee, mangosteeen, melon, orange... Lychee, mangosteen, melon, orange... Lychee, mangos---

Sigh. Can't I like ALL already?

Well, no one told me that I HAVE to choose one, have they? So, Miss Sherlockiah Holmesah shall like them all.

You cannot press this button. This is NOT facebook.

Last but not least...

3. Include pics with favourite flavour

Miss Sherlockiah Holmesah cannot find her Magnolia Sherbet.

Neither do the two poor little pets above.

And now I blow my chances to enter a contest.

WAAAAWAAAAAAWAAAAAAWAAAAAAAA...

-The End-

_of Stalkers vs. Stalkees

No. I am not being stalked. I wish I was.

On second thought, I don't think I want it.
Sigh.

Apparently, my life is so boring/mundane right now, that I have to come up with a random post entry just to liven up my blog.

Very funny.

It occurs to me that everyone will, even only for once in their life, stalk someone they like/don't like.

Not this kind. Though I am totally IN LOVE with private detectives these days.

This kind.

Yes. I will admit it. I've stalked the Guy of My Life on Facebook before. P.S.: It must be noted that though I think of him as The Guy of My Life, he doesn't think of me like that.

That is why I have deactivated my Facebook altogether. Because of karma. Or Cycle of Life, whatever you call it. I believe that what you do unto others, others will do the same to you.

Therefore, if I stalk others, there must be stalkers stalking me, too.

Right?

No. I don't think the formula works that way in my situation. Sigh.

I guess it is easier for us to stalk people nowadays. Looks like it is the trend, too. The kind that goes "stalking is the new black" or something.

Q.L. did this, too. On several occasions. BOTH kind.

At this juncture, you may ask, what is the purpose of this post then? And I will answer: Nothing. I just thought that maybe, just maybe, it is nice to write something other than what kind of life I have been living. (See above reason)

At some point, I wanna be the ninja.

P.S. At THIS point, you might think of me as someone so freaking-insane. Which I am. Occasionally.

Hey. At least I am cool with it. There are people who won't, you know.

_of Something Currently on My Mind...

Yes, the Guy of My Life, I still remember this.

_of Laziness (Part III), on a Sunday and the Whole Week before That

P.S. For previous posts of the "Laziness" theme, read Part I and Part II.

Let me tell you something. Last night (really, it was night time), Q.L. and I went to Sunway Pyramid. We were very bored at home, so we reckon we could meet some Cool People in Coco Banana to give a dash of spiciness into our lives.

It was an outright lie. Let's just start again.

We had dinner in SP last night. Pasta de Gohan is not a bad choice if you like pasta or pilaf for dinner. We would go there once in a while (once in a blue red moon), on account of it being too faraway from the place.

...the Pasta.

...the Pilaf.

...and the we girls.

Something quite embarrassing happened to me on that fateful night. I tried to forget it, but it was no use. I guess writing it down will somehow help to "ease the pain". :p

  Basically, this is what happens...

It has nothing to do with this picture. But Q.L. did this to me.

Like I will tell you what exactly happened. Bluehebellrblerrr. It did not help that Q.L. distanced herself 1000 metres from me. I was a plague, wasn't I? =.=!!!

So, we had a little shopping (I had mine, Q.L. was just too busy provoking me to shop-till-I-drop), coz Monday's classes were all canceled. Money's gone. Wallet's thinned. Life's hardened. Yikes!

But last week was a hell of fun. We managed to get all K-addicted. With this...

Re-cast: White-shirt chef = Q.L.'s dream guy (too bad he is married). Black-coat owner of a restaurant = MY dream guy.

We both like how hilarious the Chef in the drama. I know. It was the scriptwriter's way of writing the storyline. But hey, a girl can dream, can't she???

Chef's eyes. The kind that goes "I-will-kill-you-when-I-see-you" "I-am-watching-you-watching-me".
And Q.L. and I both fall in love with its song. Kim Jung Ah's You're Cute, from After School, if I am not mistaken. And yep, you guess it right. WE. ARE. CUTE. So, cute girls listen to cute songs? *vomit* (Sigh. There is no one around with a sense of humour anymore.)

And apparently in the span of two days, I've managed to annoy our tech support guy. I'm sure he would find out who I am, where I live and what I do for a living. Well, he will - sooner or later.

"Mr. Tech Support Guy, you may not win the Friendliest Admin award, but you have won the Most Unsupportive Tech Support ever. Kudos!!!"

Nope. That will not be me.

I hope this happens to him. In my dreams, of course. In my dream.

And by that time it happens, I am sure that I will be blacklisted from using the Internet service. Well. So much for the people-friendly place to live in.

One more thing... I am sure there is One. More. Thing.

Oh yes.

Guuuesssssss what? Q.L. and I are officially blacklisted in Trust classes. We haven't done ANY of the assignments, were absent from the Exams, and let's pray VERY HARD that we will pass our final exams.
Arggh.

If I Were the Green Hornet

It comes with a slight bit of disappointment that my last entry for Nuffnang contest was not creative; as it was a bit similar to the storyline for the SotW movie. Hence, armed with my dictionary, Google and even Wikipedia - trust me, if only I have more time, Yahoo! Answer would certainly be a guidance, too - I shall say...

1... 2... Action!

If I were the Green Hornet, what would I do to stop Crime?

This is a Green Hornet. Its power (if any) to stop crimes lies in the fact that it has a VERY POWERFUL sting. You may wonder why "The Sting" (as we called it) is a prevention of crime. Look closely. Much closer... Woah! WAYYYYYY too close, people!!! You will get stung!

Back to the main point. The Green Hornet's lifespan...

-Sigh. I have got the wrong picture again, haven't I? Oh well. Let's start again.-

A Green Hornet, according to Wikipedia, Google (and believe me, Yahoo! Answer is the one if I have more time) would be this:

Yes, Ladies and Gentlemen. That is THE Green Hornet combo meals combination. Allow me to explain more. To put it simply, this is an American comic created by an American man about a rich American heir and a Japanese (Chinese in the movie) sidekick. No pun intended, that is really a side-kick.

Now, everyone can become a Green Hornet.

Ahem. Sorry for the lack of consideration on my part. But it is true, you know. The above picture/comparison is a VERY good and convincing (if I may say so myself) argument that I, even I, can become a Green Hornet. Someday. One day.

Now, where was I?

Right. Now that I have officially become a Green Hornet, what would I do to stop crime? Just in case you haven't notice, there are many heroes out there who are all out to stop crime. There is bound to be an overlap.

Therefore, I have compiled 3 (!!!) ways to stop crime, using examples from the "ever-so-ready" heroes out in the World.

1. Have a superpower.

Like the typical superhero movies, having a superpower will be a tremendous advantage to stop crime. One may just have to look for the heroes around the World who have plenty of superpowers to help them curb the crimes.

My example will be the Cicakman (our own superhero himself). And the way to become just like Cicakman?

i). Find a virus-infected cicak (or Gecko, in English).
ii). Find a kambing korban (and in this case, obviously it is going to be you).
iii). Get the cicak to bite the kambing korban.
iv). Voila! You have become... the Lelaki Gecko!!!
  v). And let's kick some Bad Guy's a$$!

However, it must be noted that the so-called experiment does not ALWAYS become a successful one. Please bear in mind that in the VERY likely event that it fails, I have nothing to do with it. I learned it from Cicakman the Movie.

2. Be ordinary, even if it is a part-time thing to do.

I found that the Green Hornet has many similarities to Batman. And no, I am not implying anything here. Just the characteristics are similar. They both rich (in the millionaire/billionaire kind of way), never-do-well boy, beautiful ladies are ridiculously attracted to them, they both have black transportation (black is the new black, I reckon) AND they both have sidekick.

Of course, these characteristics that I have mentioned are not meant for the ordinary people. No, not at all. What makes you think there is anything ordinary about it?

However, think again. Maybe it is NOT such a bad idea, after all. However, even if you are VERY VERY ordinary (very much unlike these two heroes), somehow the Rule of Physics still applies to you. In other words, the Bad Guy will still be "attracted" to you, as per the Cicakman movie above.

No good, then. Therefore, if everything fails...

3. Stalk the Bad Guy on Facebook (or if you are so "last-year", you may use Myspace).

I kid you not. There was even an article this morning about a woman who caught her attacker on Facebook. Seriously.

There you go, people!!! My Top 3 Ways to Stop Crime, which in my opinion, is as good as the ones given out there. Try them, if you want. You may never know, you might have the talent to Catch the Bad Guy in you. ^_^

_of Searching for Nice Blogs (Part II)

Yes. I'm baccccccccccccccckkkkkkkkkk, with this. I've recently found this blog, do not ask me how did I find it, I forgot. :P

My Absurd Life is all about sarcasm. It was not at all absurd, that I can assure you. Why I read this blog? She (yes, I found out that it is a she. I did not stalk her or email her or something. It was in her blog.) has a funny and enlightening way to look at the world, the everyday life. Kind of really lighten the mood a bit. However, it is kind of sad that she rarely writes these days.

Posts that worth reading: Today's Truth and 7 habits of highly defective people. The "7 habits" is very very much highly recommended. ^_^
