Still No Winner in the Grand Lotto 6/55

This statement is coming from a blogger which means if this is true we need more than 29 million bettors for us to have the chance to win the jackpot price but currently we only have 20 million bettors so that is why this blogger says it is impossible to win this over night.

The controversial TV host Willie Revillame has a new show in TV5 titled Willing Willie which perhaps  the replacement of Wowowee.TV5 give this show to willie so that the hottest noontime show today Eat Bulaga will have a rival.If we remember Wowowee is the hottest noontime show in the past However, since the show was stopped ABS-CBN is doing something to create a new TV show that as good as Wowowee.In the meantime willie is enjoying his new show though I can notice that most of his dancers and crew is from Wowowee and the games are new.

I watched the first airing of Willing Willie in TV5 up to now there sponsors are starting to get many because at the start they only have a few sponsors.People love Willie on how he sympathize and help the poor.Though I dont like the other games they have but it is like a replica of the show Wowowee the style and the system.The dancers are given a hosting job too that sometimes they commit mistake in National TV in which they show the people that they are only having fun.

Willing Willie have many things to do but slowly they are going up.The essence of the show is not neglected it is to entertain and help the people by providing games and prices that can change someones life.Many people just rely on contests today hoping to win the jackpot price and Willing Willie gives hope and joy to people of the Philippines one way of telling that there is a better hope and future that lies ahead all we have to do is to continue to live life.

Department of Tourism New Slogan

"PILIPINAS KAY GANDA"  is the new slogan of the Department of Tourism replacing the phrase "WOW PHILIPPINES"According to the Department of Tourism, the new slogan aims to "reinvigorate our country’s tourism campaign and double tourist arrivals within the next three years."

Many Filipinos doesnt agree to this new slogan of the Department of Tourism(DOT) because foriegners don't understand what this means and some even saying that it is like a tv show some people say its a TV show because we have a TV show every morning entitled "Umagang Kay Ganda".If we will try you examine this new slogan of DOT it sounds so "makabayan" meaning having a "national pride" using our own language to promote tourism sounds good but if you are targeting in a macro level we should pinpoint the communication barrier globally we do understand that the English universal language meainf it can be understood by all the people in the world then here you go promoting our tourism in our own language.

I disagree to this new slogan of DOT they should have been more creative and playful in there new slogan because we are taking pride of our country.Art should come into play in this kind of slogan because we are bringing the name of the nation though I understand to some point of DOT but they could have made a better slogan like

• Wonders of the Philippines
• Amazing Philippines

But whatever is the reason of DOT they for sure have a great idea on why the slogan is made.Philippines is a beautiful country that needs exploration and more development in time we can be like our neighboring country.We should take pride in what we have and how we do it in building a better nation for a promising future that lies ahead in everyone of us!Mabuhay Philippines!

Margarito's Face after the Fight

This is what happened to the face of Margarito after the fight.This started in the 4th round and then until the 11th round the Physician didnt stop the fight because he felt that Margarito can still see.According to some articles in the net Margarito will have a surgery on tuesday to repair a fractured  right eye socket.

Margarito need this fight to bring back his name and glory for the mexican boxers but because of this he suffered this injury.This is due to the speed and hard punch of Manny that makes this wound possible,However, Margarito now is in good shaped and everything is fine they are only waiting for the swelling to be gone so that they can start the surgery.This will not stop Margarito from fighting in the ring though there are some speculation that because they didnt stop the fight it had probably ruined the career of Margarito.

For boxers like Margarito and Manny this situations are common if one of the fighters is better than you, you might end up in knock-out,injury, and losing.But this are so normal to every fighter or warrior they are ready to face the consequences just to satisfy there inner self of becoming a champion.Margarito we salute you in showing us great action and fight.

November 16 and 29 Non working Holiday in the Philippines

November 16,2010 Tuesday in the Islamic Calendar is a very special date for our Muslim brothers because it is the celebration of Eid'l-Adha (Feast of Sacrifice).Our President Declare it as non working holiday under RA 9849.

Eid'l-adha is a very important religious holiday by Muslim worlwide to commemorate the event that took place way back when Abraham sacrifices his Ishmael as an act of obedience to God when and then God interfere and ask a ram to be the sacrifice instead.The term "Eid" meaning "Solemn Festival".

While November 29,2010 Monday is also a non-working holiday proclaimed by our President though Bonifacio Day is on November 30,2010.The president followed the economic holiday imposed by our latter president.

So if you are wonder if there will be a class tomorrow then I guess this blog will provide you the answer.Holidays for us Filipinos are important because it serves as our bonding time with our family and relatives and also it will be good for our economy since people tend to spend more time in going out.So lets keep the faith that the Philippines will be a better nation in the coming years ahead!
