Many Filipinos doesnt agree to this new slogan of the Department of Tourism(DOT) because foriegners don't understand what this means and some even saying that it is like a tv show some people say its a TV show because we have a TV show every morning entitled "Umagang Kay Ganda".If we will try you examine this new slogan of DOT it sounds so "makabayan" meaning having a "national pride" using our own language to promote tourism sounds good but if you are targeting in a macro level we should pinpoint the communication barrier globally we do understand that the English universal language meainf it can be understood by all the people in the world then here you go promoting our tourism in our own language.

I disagree to this new slogan of DOT they should have been more creative and playful in there new slogan because we are taking pride of our country.Art should come into play in this kind of slogan because we are bringing the name of the nation though I understand to some point of DOT but they could have made a better slogan like
- Wonders of the Philippines
- Amazing Philippines
