10 WaysTo Build Muscles for Beginners

My first time in going to a gym is a disaster because i dont know the basics,ethics, etc.Though trainers will be there to help you but not totally unless you have your own personal trainer that you hired if you are just like me then you have a big problem.So I made this blog to help and to give some basic knowledge on how to start right in building some muscles I may not be a trainer but Ive learned a lot from different trainers.Now, you will wonder is this guy have muscles?yes I do have and Ive built it just for 2 months straight and regularly I'm going to the gym everyday.

Last June 2010 Ive got this stomach bulging and this is a big turn off for me because I can't wear most of my pants and shorts including t-shirts because all my t-shirts are fit because way back Ive got a nice body that all of my t-shirt was fit I am just like you struggling for the right formula to get lean and muscles.

This are the 10 ways you should learn in order to get muscles in 2 months for beginners.

1.Create your own work out plan
   When you first enter the gym you should know what to do first and so on until your done in your routine.Do some research and ask some friends who can help you with what you are making.Internet is the best source you can get a lot of information on how to create your own work out plan.

2.Choose a gym that have less people working out
   Asking is never a problem if in your place you have only one gym available then ask what time do the gym opens because for sure it is quiet and you can focus and and concentrate in your routine or work out plan.

3.Choose the best supplement that suits you
   Supplements is not dangerous it supports the growth of your muscles.Basic supplements like amino acids is good for pre work out session and creatine after post work out that is what I use and do and it has great benefits for me but it will depend on you on what you want to use.

4.Change your diet and lifestyle
   Changing your current diet and lifestyle will greatly affect your work out and building muscles.You should eat more proteins and say no to fats and huge amount of carbo.Bring always enough water in going to the gym.Sleeping early will add additional strength for you and muscle recovery.Active healthy life style will make you more comfortable in your body unlike your past lifestyle.Keep on moving!

5.Be serious in your work out session
  Some people goes to the gym just to fool around or whatever that will elevate there status.You are working because you want to get that muscles and body and you cant achieve without doing the first 4 i mentioned above.Make it as a hobby,commitment,routine and focus in your goal then i tell you it will pays you back after 2 months.

6.Start from the basics
  When you enter the gym dont forget to do some warm up exercise first and stretching to make your body ready for the session.Start from lighter work to heavy work out then lighter work to end your session repeat your warm up exercise.

7.Don't miss a session in your work out plan
   Missing a session in your work out plan will discourage you if you are a beginner make your body comfortable in what you are doing.In my case I work out 6 times a week and 1 day rest when I was starting atleast 2 hours every session but that is in my case and it works for me.it will depend on you and what works for you.

8.Rest is an important factor in your work out session
 Rest is a very important factor in building your muscles it is not in the gym that your muscles grow but in the amount of rest you have because that is the time your muscles recover.You are only pumping your muscles in the gym.

9. Enjoy in what you are doing
   There will come a time that it will make you feel boring doing the same work out session.One technique is you do some different variations in your exercise so that it will not be that boring and enjoy what you are doing.Because going to the gym is fun and remember you are going to the gym to get tired not to rest in the gym dont waste much time in the gym instead use all your time in working out int the gym.

10.Look for any result or change in your body
you can do this by facing in the mirror and flex your muscles if there are any changes.This will boost your confidence in your workout session looking at some changes in your body.after 1 month you can notice a change in your body and 2 months you'll see some great changes just like me.
